摘    要:主要介绍了重力式自动化立体仓库监控系统的组成和系统的软硬件设计方案,叙述了监控系统如何通过OPC接口实现与底层PLC的通信,并且全程监控、实时调度,将企业生产过程与管理结合起开,实现了仓库监控信息的管理和出入库的自动化操作.经过实际运行证明,这种控制方式显著改善了控制效果,使系统更加实时、精确和稳定.

Abstract:The constitution and the software and hardware design of the monitoring system in gravitational AS/RS are presented. The way which the system communicates with PLC by the OPC interface is discussed,and the whole-process monitoring and the real-time routing, and connecting with manufacture process are got along compactly with management system. The warehouse management and automation of storage and retrieval operation are implemented. The application shows that the effect of control is improved greatly,and it can make the system more real-time,accurate and reliable.
