| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的深入和高校招生规模的扩大,高校辅导员的地位和作用日益重要。近些年来,高校辅导员队伍建设取得了很大的成就,但同时也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。本文在综合分析辅导员队伍建设现状的基础上,为如何进一步加强和改进辅导员队伍建设提出了一些有效的对策。

| Abstract: | With the reform and opening-up as well as the enlarging enrollment scale of universities,the role and function of college counselors is becoming more and more important. In recent years, the stuff of college counselors has made great progress, and meanwhile some problems have not been resolved. The article pays more attention to current situations of college counselors, and then makes some valuable suggestions in order to improve the quality of college counselors. |
