| Abstract: | Imagination plays a significant role in emotion, motivation, and many aspects of cognition. The ac- tivation of imagination is a key factor to learning and language acquisition. The essay will discuss the imagi- nation-activation strategies that can be used in college English listening teaching. Applying those strategies to college English listening teaching and practice will further facilitate and promote college students＇ EFI. listening comprehension achievements, and may provide a new perspective and approach for college English listening teaching and practice. |
