预应力砼箱梁节段张拉锚固面底板纵向裂缝分析与处理

摘    要:移动支架逐孔现浇施工法具有施工作业标准化、工作周期化的特点而被广泛采用,但箱梁节段张拉锚固面底板常产生纵向裂缝.利用商业有限元软件ANSYS对某桥箱梁节段张拉锚固面底板混凝土及横向钢筋应力进行了分析,找到了底板纵向裂缝产生的原因,分析了后续节段施工对裂缝宽度的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施.本文的结论对移动支架逐孔现浇施工法的设计与施工具有工程参考价值.

Abstract:Moving trestle and span-by-span cast-in-place construction method is the standardization of construction method,which is widely used because of the characteristics of the work cycle, but tensioned segmental box girder anchor floor surface often has longitudinal cracks. A bridge tensioned segmental box girder anchoraging surface floor concrete and transverse steel stress are analyzed by the use of commercial finite element software analysis, and the causes of floor longitudinal cracks are found. An analysis of the impact of follow-up segmental construction on the crack width is presented, and the corresponding improvements of the program are put forward. The conclusion has reference value to the design and construction of the span-by-span cast-in-place construction method of the moving trestle.
