摘    要:由于地铁3号线天津站基坑开挖施工过程中,基坑周边土体产生明显的变形,导致站后局建筑物产生一定程度的地基不均匀沉降和建筑结构产生裂缝,建筑结构存在安全隐患.为防止建筑结构进一步破坏和制定保护方案,对建筑地基进行了施工期间的沉降监测.依据监测结果,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS对基坑不同开挖深度时地基不均匀沉降对建筑物可能造成的影响进行了分析,对其结构性能进行了合理评价.结果表明:目前沉降量暂时不会导致承栽结构破坏;相邻框架柱间最大沉降差与相邻框架柱间距的比值5‰为建筑物不发生结构性破坏的临界不均匀沉降条件.其结果可作为地铁基坑施工时制定站后局保护方案的参考,也可作为其它工程的参考.

Analysis of the Impact of the Metro Station Excavation on the Adjacent Building

Abstract:As a result of excavation of Tianjin station in the No. 3 metro line,the significant deformation around the excavation of soil led to unequal settlements in the subgrade and cracks in the structure of the building, and the safety of the building was being threatened. To prevent further damage to the structure of the building and to make protect project, the settlement of the subgrade had been monitored during the excavation. Based on monitoring results, the possible impact on the building structure of the unequal foundation settlement at different excavation depth was analyzed using large-scale finite element software ANSYS. The structural performance of the building was evaluated rationally. The results showed that the present settlement will not result in structural damage and the critical condition of uneven settlement is 5‰, the ratio of biggest settlement between the adjacent frame columns. The result can be used as reference for protect project of the building during the following excavation and it can also be used as reference for other projects.
