自动化仓库的出入库能力分析

摘    要:利用遗传算法确定了自动化仓库的动态拣选货位,采用多质点重心法获得了堆垛机的动态待命位,在此基础上,利用堆垛机的加速和减速曲线,得到堆垛机在自动化仓库中的平均作业时间,最终获得自动化仓库的出入库能力为121托盘/小时.

Abstract:The dynamic picking path optimization is determined by using the Genetic Algorithm on AS/RSs which have the goods stored inside.The optimal dwell point of SRM is obtained by using mutli-particle barycenter methods.Based on above procedures,the average operating time of SRM is got with speed curve.The storage capacity,which is 121 tray/hour,is calculated finally.
