和谐社会视域中的城镇收入差距分析

目前,我国城镇居民收入差距拉大已接近国际警戒线,导致城镇居民收入差距拉大的原因是多方面的,我们的目标是既要保持城镇居民收入合理拉开差距,又要避免收入差距过大,特别是要避免收入差距的不合理拉大,缩小城镇居民收入差距建议从扩大就业入手,促进劳动力要素的平等化,增大劳动报酬在分配格局中的份额,整顿分配秩序、合理调节收入分配,辅之以广泛覆盖的社会保障和有效的扶贫政策,随着我国经济的继续发展、社会转型时期的结束,我国城镇居民的收入差距也将逐渐缩小。

Analysis of the Urban-rural Income Gap in Harmonious Society

So far,a great disparity between urban and rural income has already nearly reached the international alarming line.There are various reasons for leading to the big gap.It is our goal to keep a reasonable and avoid an excess of gap,especially,to keep from widening gap unreasonably.There are several suggestions to reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents,enlarging employment,promoting the equality of labor,increasing rewarding shares in distributing system,making distribution out of order,reasonably adjusting income distribution,and widely covering the system of social security and the system of poverty alleviation.With the continuous development of Chinese economy and the end of a period of transition,the urban-rural income gap will gradually be reducing in our country.
