我国高速公路紧急电话应用现状及发展趋势

以交通部下发的有关公告和文件为出发点,系统介绍了高速公路紧急电话系统的发展历程及其重要性,并从使用者和运营者的角度分析了现有紧急电话系统的不足,提出了全程监控和特服电话相结合、部分路段(主要是长大隧道、隧道群、移动通信网络覆盖较差的路段等)仍然设置紧急电话的思路,以期对高速公路的运营管理和紧急救援提供参考。

Current Application Situation and Development Tendency of Expressway Emergency Telephone

From the point of view of relevant announcements and documents issued by The Ministry of Communications, this paper introduces the development process and its importance of expressway emergency telephone system, analyzes the defects of current expressway emergency telephone system from the point of users and companies, and puts forward the thinking of combination of full monitoring and special telephone, partial emergency telephone (mainly in long tunnel, tunnels, section of bad telephone-net). The paper supplies good reference to business management and emergency rescue for expressway.
