| 摘 要： | 为了适应素质教育和职业教育发展的需要,职业院校教师应转变"教材的被动使用者"观念,成为校本教材的开发者;转变教师是"教书匠"的观念,成为实践型教师;转变"一次性教育"观念,成为终身学习者;转变"经验型教师"观念,成为科研型教师。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt the need of development of character education and vocational education, teachers in vocational colleges should change their ideas of course passive user, become the developer of college courses; should change the idea that teacher is a teaching craftsman, become a teacher of practical type; should change the idea educated once only, become a lifelong learner; and should change the idea of a teacher of experience type, become a teacher of research type. |
