摘    要:运用ANSYS Workbench平台建立了某鼓式制动器的三维有限元模型。对摩擦衬片与制动鼓之间的摩擦接触进行模拟,考虑了制动鼓和摩擦衬片间的滑动,较真实的模拟了制动的工作过程。研究了制动力矩在制动过程中的变化规律,反算出制动效能因素,得出促动力重新分配后接触压强的分布特性及制动器的等效应力。为进一步改进制动器结构设计提供了依据。

Abstract:A certain drum brake is simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS with new interface of Workbench.In the present model,the braking process that considers the sliding at interface between brake drum and friction linings is simulated.The change of braking torque in the process of braking is also simulated and efficiency factors are determined.The contact pressure distribution including friction between brake pad and the drum is gained.The stress distributions of brake shoes and brake drum are obtained.It provides a basis for improving the design of drum brakes.
