摘    要:传统嵌入式电机控制系统开发流程需要配置嵌入式处理器的寄存器,编写底层驱动并验证,同时还要考虑数据处理、时序、底层程序与算法协调等诸多问题,效率低、周期长、安全性差,且代码可移植性差。针对上述问题,提出一种基于CCS和Simulink的联合仿真的电机控制系统开发方式,并进行仿真测试和实物验证。结果表明:基于模型设计的方法相对于传统研发方式表现出了更强大的活力和稳定性,提高了开发效率。

Abstract:The traditional embedded development process needs to configure the registers of the embedded processor, write and verify the underlying driver, and also consider many issues such as data processing, timing, coordination of underlying program and algorithm. This kind of motor control system development method has lots of shortcomings such as low efficiency, long cycle, poor security and poor code portability. Focusing on the problems, a joint simulation method based on CCS and Simulink was proposed to develop the motor control system, and simulation tests and physical verification were performed. The results show that the model-based design method has more robust vitality and stability than that of traditional methods, and it also improves development efficiency.
