| 摘 要： | 利用有限元方法,对某越野车新设计开发的主减速器箱体在爬坡、打滑和高速工况下进行强度分析,结果表明其在爬坡工况下不满足强度要求;对箱体结构进行优化改进并分析,优化后箱体强度满足要求。

| Abstract: | Under the climbing,skidding and high-speed working conditions,strength analysis on an off-road vehicle main retarder box was carried out with finite element method.The result shows that the stress is insufficient under the climbing condition.The box structure was optimized.After the optimization,the strength of the box meets the requirements. |
