| 摘 要： | 汽车覆盖件模具CAPP系统是单件生产方式下的一种无编码的“广义CAPP”系统,已被用于微型轿车和轻型车的模具工艺设计,并实现了工艺设计工作全盘计算机作业化。系统对重要零件的工艺设计,具有不同的工艺方案可供选择。在系统内设有专门对外数据服务模块,可向成本核算、网络计划、材料定额等相关管理系统分别提供综合性数据服务,以实现系统间的信息集成。该系统已通过国家863/CIMS专家组的测试、验收和鉴定。

| Abstract: | Motor Coveringdie's computer aided process planing (CAPP) is a nocode anc generalized CAPP system that is concerned with job-shop production. It has been used in mini?car and light truck die's process planning, and made all the work of process planning computerized. It provides alternative process plans for those important parts. There are many information modules to provide service for the related management system such as cost accounting, network plan and material quofa, etc. The integration of them is achieved in this system. |
