38CrMoAl钢表面复合处理工艺的研究

摘    要:本文研究了一种新型的克面处理工艺—电刷镀Ni-W合金与联氛共修复合处理工艺。研究结果表明,碳氮共渗后使38CrMoAl钢表面的电刷镀层与基体的结合由原来的机械结合转变为冶金结合复合工艺处理后的表面层组织为Ni基体上分布着少量的WC和WN质点,复合处理后38CrMoAl钢表面的耐磨性较只进行电刷镀处理或碳氮共渗处理的38CrMoAl钢的耐磨性有了很大的提高。

Study on Composite Surface Treatment of 38CrMoAl steel
Abstract:In this paper, a new composite surface treatment technology of electric brush plating Ni-W alloy and nitrocarburizing composite process of 38CrMoAl steel has been studied .The studied results show that good metallurgical bonding is transformed from mechanical bonding in electric brush plating deposits with 38CrMoAl steel; the components of surface deposits microstructure are Ni-base phase with less disperse WC,WN particles. The wear resistance of surface layer of 38CrMoAl steel treated by the composite process has increased very much compared with that by the electric brush plating deposits or nitrocarburizing.
