拔桩时夹桩机构的静力分析

摘    要:对液压静力压桩机拔桩时夹桩机构和预制桩的静态受力进行了分析,得出的结论表明:拔桩时下钳口与预制桩之间的法向作用力大于上钳口与预制桩之间的法向作用力;拔桩时钳口与预制桩之间的法向作用力随着夹桩力的增大而增大,随着锥形楔块升角和夹桩机构内部钢与钢的静摩擦系数的增大而减小。

Abstract:The static forces of pile clamping mechanism of hydraulic static pile driver and pre-fabri- cated pile under pile pulling were analyzed. The results show that the perpendicular acting force be- tween lower pile clamping jaw of pile clamping mechanism and pre-fabricated pile is greater than the perpendicular acting force between upper pile clamping jaw and pre-fabricated pile under pile pulling; the perpendicular acting force between pile clamping jaw of pile clamping mechanism and pre-fabricated pile is increasing gradually by adding properly pile clamping force under pile pulling; the perpendicular acting force between pile clamping jaw of pile clamping mechanism and pre-fabri- cared pile is reducing by augmenting becomingly the angle of pile clamping block and static friction coefficient between internal steel and steel of pile clamping mechanism under pile pulling.
