基于刚柔耦合建模的某轻型货车振动特性仿真分析

摘    要:以某轻型货车为研究对象,基于HyperMesh和ADAMS建立整车刚柔耦合模型,主要包括柔性体车身模型及前/后悬架、转向系等刚体的模型。基于路面激励的随机振动仿真分析,得到不同工况下车架放置货物处的加速度时间历程及功率谱图,计算出加权加速度均方根值。评价结果表明:所建的刚柔耦合整车模型正确,该型货车在正常行驶时的振动特性较理想,货物在运输过程中振动较小。

Abstract:Taking a light truck as the research object, a rigid-flexible coupling model, including flexible body, front suspension, rear suspension and steering model, was established by HyperMesh and ADAMS. Based on the simulation of random vibration under road excitation, acceleration-time course and power spectrum of a point for goods under different conditions were achieved. And the overall weighted acceleration RMS was calculated. The results show that the vehicle model is correct and the vibration characteristics of the light truck are ideal. The vibration is little when goods are in transportation.
