| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于机器视觉的螺母垫圈自动分拣系统的工作原理、系统组成及检测算法.该系统能够对生产线上螺母垫圈的内外圆直径、同轴度等进行实时动态检测.并触发分拣子系统对螺母垫圈废品予以剔除,实现了产品关键尺寸快速检测和等级分类.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the operating principle,structure and control algorithm of the nut collars sort system based on machine vision.The experimental result indicates that this system can automatically measure the inside and outside diameter and proper alignment of the nut collars in the product line,simultaneously trigger the sort subsystem to separate the waste products from others,and rapidly measure the crucial product dimension and grades. |
