| 摘 要： | 采用ANSYS有限元软件,对客车车身骨架的有限元分析方法进行了介绍。包括利用有限元法分析车身骨架的一般过程,建立模型时应该遵循的原则以及具体实施时可以进行的必要简化,同时对建立有限元模型时如何选用单元也进行了讨论。给出了客车在弯曲和弯扭两种典型工况下约束条件和载荷的处理以及强度分析方法,进而介绍了车身的模态分析方法,为客车车身骨架的有限元分析提供了理论依据。

Study on Finite Element Analysis for Bus Body Structure |

| Abstract: | This paper studied the finite element method (FEM) for bus body structure analysis; introduced the establishment of the FEM model and the management of restraint conditions and load; discussed the analysis method of the intensity,rigidity and mode of bus body structure in different load cases. The study is helpful in bus body structure design. |
