CIMS环境下网络计划与CAPP的集成

本文分析了汽车模具生产的特点及其对网络计划与CAPP的需求,对CIMS环境下模具生产网络计划和CAPP的运行模式进行了研究,采用可替代工艺计划方法,实现了时间优化基础上的网络计划与CAPP的集成,在此基础上,提出了基于并行工程的网络计划与CAPP集成模型。

Integration of Network Planning and CAPP in CIMS

The characteristic of motor die's manufacturing and its demand for network planning and CAPP are analyzed in this paper. The running model of motor die's manufacturing network planning and CAPP in CiMS is researched. The method for nonlinear process plans is taken and the integration of network planning based on time optimization and CAPP is achieved. Furthermore the integrated model of network planning and CAPP based on concurrent engineering is presented.
