康明斯C排气管材质性能研究及应用

摘    要:通过大量的生产性试验,确定了康明斯C排气管的化学成分范围,采用有效的球化处理和3次复合孕育处理方法,成功地实现了在铸态条件下生产出球化率>85%、铁素体≥95%、无游离碳化物的QT400-15薄壁铸件。免除了热处理的生产工序。

Abstract:The chemical ingredient range of Cummis exhaust pipe was ascertained by production tests.The thin-walled cast of non-ionization QT400-15 was successful to realize the production in as-cast state by the effective nodulizing treatment process and thrice compound inoculants,its property attained the goal: percent of spheroidization > 85%, percent of ferrite 95%. The working procedure of the heat treatment was released.
