基于Cruise-Carsim联合仿真的电动汽车动力性经济性分析

摘    要:为了解决单一软件对电动汽车性能仿真分析中存在的误差和不足的问题,提出了一种基于Cruise-Carsim联合仿真的建模方法。首先将Carsim中内置的传动系统与Simulink平台建立的电池、电机及控制策略模型相匹配,建立了某型电动汽车的Carsim整车模型,然后将Cruise中建立的以传动系统为核心的电动汽车模型与Carsim整车模型相衔接,构成了完整的电动汽车整车联合仿真模型,最后对比分析了单一软件和联合仿真平台所建立的电动汽车仿真模型动力性和经济性方面的各项误差率。结果表明:联合仿真模型的动力性、经济性仿真结果均达到预期目标,验证了Cruise-Carsim联合仿真模型的可行性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of insufficient accuracy of single software for electric vehicle performance simulation analysis,one joint simulation modeling methods were proposed based on Cruise and Carsim.The internal driveline of Carsim was matched with the battery,motor and control strategy models established in Simulink to establish Carsim electric vehicle model.Then,the electric vehicle model built in Cruise with the drive train as the core was connected with the Carsim electric vehicle model to form a complete vehicle joint simulation model.In the end,various error rates were compared and analyzed in terms of power and economy of electric vehicle models built on simulation model of electric vehicle with single software and joint simulation.The simulation analysis results show that the dynamic and economic simulation results of the electric vehicle have reached the expected goal;the feasibility of Cruise-Carsim model is verified.
