基于MC9S12HZ256的汽车仪表步进电机控制

摘    要:介绍了MC9S12HZ256微控制器的电机控制模块(MC)和失步检测模块(SSD),提出了使用该模块控制汽车仪表步进电机的方法,给出了控制软件的流程图。通过所研制的汽车组合仪表对步进电机驱动控制和归零控制进行了调试,结果表明,步进电机运行准确、性能可靠。

Abstract:The motor controller module(MC) and the stepper stall detector module(SSD) of the MC9S12HZ256 are introduced,the control strategy of the stepper motor for the vehicle instrument by these two modules is proposed,and the flowchart of the control software is given.The driving control system and the return to zero control system are debuged on the vehicle combination instrument developed.The results show the stepper motors run accurately and reliably.
