| 摘 要： | 结合行业标准,提出了针对汽车座椅变形异响问题的试验方法,设计了汽车座椅检测试验台,介绍了试验台的工作原理及组成,给出了试验台测控系统的软件设计及关键技术。系统具有数据采集和处理精度高,使用方便和易于扩展等优点。

| Abstract: | According to the industrial standards, the experimental method was offered and the testing bench was designed on the abnormal sound from automobile seat. The working principle and components of the testing bench were detailed. The software design and the key techniques of the testing system were given. The system has the advantages of high precision in collecting and processing data, convenient to use and easy to extend. |
