基于AMESim的电控天然气喷嘴模拟分析

摘    要:为研究电控天然气喷射器特性参数对其喷射效果的影响,采用工程系统仿真软件AMESim建立了电控天然气针口阀喷射器仿真系统模型,并模拟了一个完整的喷射过程,得到了该喷嘴喷射特性曲线和阀门运动的相关参数,对其进行分析研究,得出其复位弹簧的最佳预紧力,并在该预紧力下验证了系统模型的准确性,可为电控天然气喷嘴的设计提供优化依据。

Abstract:For researching the influence of electronic natural gas injector characteristic parameters on its injection effect,the simulation model of natural gas needle mouth valve was built based on AMESim.The entire needle mouth’s spray process was simulated to get the nozzle’s characteristic spray patterns and the movement data of the valve,which were analyzed and researched,the best prestressing force of the reset spring was obtained.The prestressing force verifies the accuracy of the system model.It can provide a basis for design of the electronic natural gas nozzle.
