摘    要:最佳滑移率的确定是汽车防抱死系统研究的关键技术之一。针对影响最佳滑移率的因素,设计了车轮状态观测器,提出了一种最佳滑移率估算方法,并将这种方法运用在汽车防抱死系统模糊自整定PID参数控制中。结合汽车动力学模型,在单一路面和跃变路面上进行基于MATLAB/Simulink的制动模拟试验。结果表明,实际滑移率能迅速跟踪时变最佳滑移率,跟随性良好。相比常规的将不同路面最佳滑移率设为定值的ABS控制器,该方法控制精度较高,汽车获得的制动性能较好。

Abstract:Determination of the optimal slip is one of the key technologies in the study of anti-lock braking system.Taking into account of the factors affecting the optimal slip,a wheel state observer was designed,an optimal slip estimation approach was proposed and this approach was adopted in the automobile ABS PID parameter fuzzy self-tuning control.In conjunction with the vehicle dynamic model,the braking simulation tests were conducted on uniform road surface and varying road surface by using MATLAB / Simulink software.The results show that the actual slip can quickly track the varying optimal slip,the tracking performance is good.In comparison with the normal ABS controller which takes optimal slip as a constant value,this approach has higher control precision and the automobile can obtain better brake performance.
