| 摘 要： | 通过实车实验分析了某轻型客车的动力总成振动加剧的原因,应用HyperWorks与Abaqus建立了悬置系统支架的有限元模型,通过有限元仿真分析确认了悬置系统支架存在的问题,并根据相关分析结论制定了悬置系统支架结构修改的方案。

| Abstract: | The reason of vibration from the powertrain of the light passenger bus was discussed based on road tests.The FE model of powertrain mounting brackets was established with HyperWorks and Abaqus.FE analysis results verified the dominated reason for deterioration of the NVH performance of powertrain mounting brackets.Based on the analysis above,the structure of the brackets was optimized. |
