高功率CO_2激光窗口和透镜材料KCL晶体阻反膜研究

摘    要:设计和制备了反射率接近于零的KCl∥NaF,KCl∥NaF∥DLC和KCl∥ZnSe∥PbF_2等防潮阻反膜系统.KCl的单面膜吸收低达0.04%,达到万瓦级CO_2激光窗口所能接收的水平.试样的激光损伤阙值大于5KW/cm~2,是万瓦级激光窗口实际承受功率密度的6倍.

Antireflection Coatings for KCl Optics for High Power industrial CO_2 Lasers
Abstract:Antireflection coating systems, KCl∥NaF, KCl∥NaF∥DLC and KCl∥ ZnSe∥PbF2. are designed and deposited. The reflections of -these systems are close to zero. The lowest absorption of the coating on one side of KCl is only 0.04%, which is acceptable for CO2 lasers with powers more than 10kw. The laser damage thresholds of the samples produced are more than 5kW/cm2 six times higher than the laser pro-wer density on the windows of 10kW laser.
