电镀C_o—W—T_i合金新工艺研究

摘    要:本文简述了研究电镀Co—W—T_1三元合金新工艺的意义和理论依据;重点阐述了在碳钢和合金钢上电镀Co—W—T1合金的电解液组成、配比以及电解工艺条件;较详细地分析了影响镀层质量及性能的因素,对电镀合金后进行低温氮碳共渗,从而提高渗层耐磨性能以及在二汽标准件厂冷作模具中的应用效果作了扼要介绍。

A New Technological Research In Electroplating Co-W-Ti Alloy
Abstract:The new significance and theoretical base of the research in the new technology of three-element Co-W-Ti alloy is briefly presented with emphasis on the composition of electrolyte solution, compositional ratio and technological conditions of electrolysis, considerably detailed analysis of their influence on the quality and performance of the electroplated coats, and primary introduction of the low-temperature nitrogen and carbon diffusion after electroplating the alloy to improve its performance of wearing resistance of the diffused coats as well as the applicattonal effect in dies applied in the Standard Component Parts Plant of the Second Automobile Works of China.
