A New Technological Research In Electroplating Co-W-Ti Alloy

The new significance and theoretical base of the research in the new technology of three-element Co-W-Ti alloy is briefly presented with emphasis on the composition of electrolyte solution, compositional ratio and technological conditions of electrolysis, considerably detailed analysis of their influence on the quality and performance of the electroplated coats, and primary introduction of the low-temperature nitrogen and carbon diffusion after electroplating the alloy to improve its performance of wearing resistance of the diffused coats as well as the applicattonal effect in dies applied in the Standard Component Parts Plant of the Second Automobile Works of China.
