摘    要:文章介绍了京杭运河徐扬段续建二期工程中三线船闸工程水位系统在新情况下所受的一些影响,主要有现行水位系统与相关《标准》及《规范》的不协调、与船型发展的不协调、南水北调工程的影响、特殊自然条件的影响等几方面.提出了《规范》与《标准》应与实际需要相协调、应推行船型的标准化、应深入研究南水北调对徐扬段运河水位的影响等几点建议.

Abstract:This paper introduces effects on water level system of three line lock of the second stage project of Xuyang section in the Great Canal in the new conditions, there are incoordination between the existing water system and relevant "standard" and "norms" and ship type development, the impact of South-North water diversion project, special natural conditions and so on. This article proposes that the "norms" and "standard" should be coordinated with the actual needs, standardization of ship should be carried out, the effect of South-North water transfer project on water level of Xuyang section should be studied in-depth and so on.
