公路隧道穿越充填型溶洞注浆处治技术研究

摘    要:以西南地区典型岩溶公路隧道为例,针对侧穿与正穿2种隧道与溶洞穿越模式,采用前进式注浆工艺,并对充填物注浆前后物理性质的变化、注浆压力和注浆量的P-Q-t曲线进行分析,同时利用数值分析软件分析了注浆加固前后隧道拱部的变形情况,最后给出了公路隧道穿越大型充填溶洞加固注浆技术的关键点.

Abstract:Taking a typical tunnel in southwest Karst area as an example, subsection grouting are carried out with different pass traversing model. The change of filling physical properties before and after grouting, routing pressure, P-Q-t curves are analyzed, the deformation conditions of tunnel arch before and after grouting are also analyzed by numerical software. Finally the key points of grouting reinforcement technology for highway tunnel pass through large filling karst cave are given.
