| 摘 要： | 南京地铁在＂十二五＂规划期间陆续开通多条线路,为使南京地铁调度指挥更加合理、有序,文章从调度指挥架构、人员编制、主要工作职责等方面对上海、广州、深圳的地铁线网指挥模式进行分析,提出建设符合南京特色的＂4＋1＂线网运作指挥模式。

| Abstract: | During the twelfth-five year plan, Nanjing metro has gradually opened several lines for public operation. In this paper, the dispatching organizing mode of Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are analyzed from aspects of dispatching manage structure, personnel posts and main job responsibilities. The ＂4＋1＂ multi-line network operation dispatching mode is suggested which suitable for Nanjing characteristics. |
