摘    要:结合南京纬三路隧道工程,从始发端头地质条件、洞门密封环结构、始发基座与反力架结构尺寸等方面,系统地阐述了始发建舱风险、泥水盾构始发建舱压力确定、泥浆配制参数与建舱施工流程,为大直径泥水盾构始发建舱提供技术参考。

Abstract:The risks of cabin construction and determination of cabin pressure in shield launching section, slurry parameters and construction procedure of cabin in Nanjing Weisan road tunnel project are discussed thoroughly in this paper, with con- siderations of the geological conditions of launching area, structures of tunnel seal ring, launching base and reaction frame size. The technologies summarized in this paper could provide references to projects with large-diameter slurry shield.
