浅埋曲线顶管管土作用效应研究

摘    要:结合工程实际,详细论述了浅埋曲线顶管有限元计算分析中边界条件和材料强度准则的选取;采用有限元法和现场试验对顶管施工引起的管土作用效应进行了分析,两者结果基本一致。结果表明,浅埋曲线顶管中一次顶推距离、速度和注浆压力等因素影响地层扰动范围和地层应力变化值,覆土层厚度越小,地表扰动越明显;地层移动规律表现为地表先隆起后沉降,扰动的范围纵向在工具管穿越前后的一定范围内,横向对轴线内侧的扰动较外侧的明显。

Abstract:Combined with engineering practice, the selection of boundary conditions and criteria of the strength of the material are discussed using FEM. The pipe-soil interaction effect is analysed using finite element method and on-site testing, which received basically the same results. The results show that the scope of formation disturbance and formation stress changes are affected by the one-time pushing distance,pushing speed,grouting pressure and the soil layer thickness shallow-buried curve pipe jacking, the surface firstly uplift after the settlement. The influence scope of pipe jacking excavation around pipe vertical extent value is 10 m when the first pipe before and after crossing,and on the horizontal the disturbance on the medial of pipe axis is obvious than lateral's.
