将军渡黄河特大桥北岸钢桁梁悬臂拼装施工技术

摘    要:将军渡黄河特大桥北岸主桥为双主桁简支钢桁梁桥,跨径布置为(5×128+99)m,针对北岸钢桁梁结构特点,采用首跨为膺架法,其它跨设置临时墩,通过龙门吊悬臂拼装,使相邻两孔临时连接成连续梁的施工技术。通过调整高差、纵横向偏移等技术使钢桁梁中线偏位、主桁高差、竖向线形等均得到较好控制。

Abstract:According to structural characteristics of steel truss girder of Jiangjundu super large bridge on the northern bank over Yellow river,this paper indtroduces techniques of cantilever erection of large span steel truss girder. This cantilever erection method includes four aspects:using gantry crane cross pier;using scaffoloding method at first span;forming continuous girder with the other adjacent two spans;setting temporary pier at mid-span. This techniques could provide reference for similar bridges.
