摘    要:结合淮安市天津路大运河桥主墩支座更换、支座垫石补强为例,提出了单主墩左、右幅同时多顶同步顶升及顶升力和位移“双控”技术,并通过现场监控,控制最大顶升量和左右幅顶升高差,顺利实现了大吨位支座更换。

Abstract:Combining with engineering practice of bearing replacement of Grand Canal bridge main pier in Tianjin road Huai'an city,this paper suggestes that synchronous jacking technology should be used for the beam bodies in the left and right side of a main pier at the same time,jacking force and jacking displacement should be controlled simultaneously as well. The maximum amount of jacking and height difference of jacking are controlled by field monitoring. Through the technology, large tonnage bearings are replaced successfully.
