乳化沥青冷再生混合料优化设计与施工

摘    要:厂拌冷再生技术具有广阔的应用前景,文章阐述了利用改性乳化沥青作为主要稳定剂的冷再生混合料配合比设计;在室内试验的基础上对冷再生上基层进行了结构设计;结合高速公路的试验路工程总结了厂拌冷再生混合料的拌和、摊铺及碾压等施工工艺。

Abstract:Mixing cold regeneration technique has broad application prospect,this paper discussed mixing ratio design of cold regeneration mixture using modification emulsified asphalt as main stabilizers.On the basis of indoor experiment on the cold regeneration,the basic structure design was analysed.Combining with the highway road engineering,this paper summarized mixture mixing,paving and rolling technique of plant mixed cold recycling mixture.
