| 摘 要： | 航道服务区是一个新生事物,系统的、适合我国国情的航道服务区理论还未形成。为加快航道服务区的发展,根据现代运输组织理论,针对内河运输特定需要,分析和阐述了航道服务区的功能定位、航道服务区的建设选址和航道服务区的发展对策,供航道服务区的规划建设和理论研究参考。
