双线铁路隧道软弱围岩段光爆技术探讨

摘    要:以往的隧道光爆施工大多数被运用在围岩条件较好的Ⅱ、Ⅲ级围岩地段,对软弱Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩段考虑的反而较少。文章探讨了铁路双线隧道软弱围岩段的光爆技术,通过它的运用能最大限度地减少了Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩开挖对其轮廓面围岩的扰动,很好地控制了软弱围岩的超欠挖,进而提高了隧道施工安全、工程质量及经济效益水平。

Abstract:Smooth blasting technology was always used in surrounding rock section of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ with better conditions, while used less in surrounding rock section of grade IV and V. This paper analyzes the smooth blasting technology of a double railway tunnel with weak surrounding rock, the using of smooth blasting technology can minimize the influence of excavation on contour surface of surrounding rock and control the overbreak and underbreak well, moreover the construction safety, engi- neering quality and economic benefits can be increased enormously.
