盾构到达钢套筒辅助接收系统的改进设计及施工

摘    要:介绍了盾构到达接收辅助装置钢套筒的设计背景和结构组成,结合接收场地实际工况和施工要求提出了3项改进设计,将钢套筒的球形后端盖板改为平面型以减少制造难度,在钢套筒上设置下料口以方便充填物的填注施工,采用加强型底座以实现盾构机的平移.结果表明改进后的钢套筒装置能够有效地避免盾构到达接收过程中漏水、涌砂等风险,确保出洞安全,并大大降低了制造难度,提高了施工的便利.

Abstract:This paper introduced designing background and structures of the steel sleeves in shield auxiliary arriving system. Three improved designs were proposed according to the terrain and construction requirements. First, the spherical back of the steel sleeve was modified into flat in order to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing and construction costs. Second, a feed opening was set on the steel sleeve to facilitate the filling construction. Last, enhanced base was used to achieve the translation moving of shield machine. After adopting of the improved measures in steel sleeve device, the risks of seepage and sand flow were avoided, the shield arriving satety was ensured, the manufacturing and difficulty and construction costs were reduced, and the construction convenience was improve.
