基于DEA模型的江苏省道路交通运输效率评价与分析

应用数据包络分析（DEA）方法对江苏省2004年各省辖市公路交通运输有效性进行了评价。从投入冗余和产出不足两方面分析了非DEA有效单元存在的问题，并进一步针对DEA有效单元进行二次评价。结果显示，苏南地区的城市均为DEA有效和接近有效单元，苏中地区效率表现稍差，苏北地区除徐州、连云港是DEA有效单元外．其余各市公路运输效率水平较低。根据计算结果及分析．提出了改善各地区公路运输有效性的建议。

Evaluation and Analysis of Highway Transportation Efficiency Based on DEA

This paper evaluates the highway transportation efficiency of the 13 cities of Jiangsu province in 2004 by Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）, analyzes the problem of inefficient DMUs in input and output, and reevaluates the efficient DMUs again.The results demonstrate that the DMUs in south Jiangsu are all efficient or almost efficient,the cities in middle Jiangsu behave a little worse,and the cities in north Jiangsu are deficient except Xuzhou and Lianyungang. According to the results and analysis, the paper raises suggestion about improving the highway transportation efficiency.
