摘    要:沿江高速公路峭岐枢纽互通跨线主桥采用钢箱梁结构形式,全焊式连接。本文介绍了钢箱梁桥制作的箱梁节段划分,钢箱梁工厂、现场加工焊接、现场安装施工工艺和技术应用;同时还概述了在跨越高速公路中不间断交通、搭设支架进行大跨径钢箱梁安装的施工方法和质量控制。

Abstract:Qiqiao pivot of riverine expressway interflows the line and crosses over the the main bridge of the Jingfu expressway adopted the steel case roof beam structure form . This paper introduces the case roof beam segment making the project in the steel case beam bridge to divide, the steel case roof beam factory , processing and welds , installs the construction craft and technical application live live; Explain the incessant traffic in crossing over the expressway, set up the support to step foot -path steel case construction method and quality control.
