悬臂施工预应力混凝土连续梁桥中跨合龙段底板竖向应力探讨

摘    要:结合江海高速公路工程实践,通过理论计算和现场试验对悬臂施工预应力混凝土连续梁桥中跨合龙段底板的竖向应力分布规律进行研究,并对底板竖向应力的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明纵向钢束预加力和底板线形2个因素对底板竖向应力影响较大,需要从设计和施工上对其加以控制,以确保桥梁成桥过程中的安全性。

Abstract:Taking Jianghai expressway as an example,the paper studies the the distribution of vertical stress in the bottom of the cross-folded segment prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge using cantilever construction method,through theoretical calculations and field test.The influence factors on the vertical stress of bottom slab are analysed,results show that,pre-tension and bottom linear have a greater impact on vertical stress of the bottom.It is suggested that these should be controlled from the design and construction,to ensure the safety of bridges construction.
