密布弹簧单元支承模型的水泥混凝土路面板脱空分析

摘    要:该文对传统块状地基模型进行改进,采用ANSYS建立密布弹簧单元支承的水泥混凝土路面板模型,假设路面板下地基局部脱空和地基初始反应模量不均匀下降,对不同脱空位置和脱空面积下路面板应力应变的变化进行分析。分析得出:当重载作用时,随着脱空区域的扩大,路面板的竖向弯沉及拉应力均会出现不同程度的增加,板角脱空时比板边脱空时的情况更加敏感,板角脱空时路面板的最大拉应力更容易突破极限抗拉强度。

Abstract:This paper builds an improved model based on the traditional block foundation that the cement concrete pavement is supported by the dense spring element using ANSYS, assumes that partial void occurred in the foundation under the slab, then the initial reaction modulus of foundation declining unevenly, analyzes the changes of the stress and strain of the slab at different void locations and void areas conditions. It is concluded that when the overload applied, with the void areas expanding, the vertical deflection and tensile stress of slab increased in different degrees. However,compared with the void under the middle edge,changes were more sensitive when the void was under the comer,so the maximum tensile stress of the block will break through the limit of the maximum tensile stress more easily.
