京杭运河徐扬段徐洪河分流航道的建设

摘    要:京杭运河徐扬段是国家北煤南运的水运主通道.近年来堵航问题严重.徐洪河是一条与京杭运河徐扬段平行的航道,航道定级为五级,是理想的分流航道线路,可与京杭运河徐扬段实现大小船分道行驶,提高京杭运河徐扬段通过能力。根据京杭运河徐扬段货流密度及发展预测,按先通后畅原则,分期建设徐洪河(含房亭河)以满足京杭运河徐扬段的分流需要。

Abstract:As the main channel for coal shipping from north to south, the Grand Canal frequently jams in recent years.The Xuhong River parallel with the Grand Canal, and graded 5 wateway serves as an ideal tributary.By shipping in the Xuhong River, the transport ability of the Xuyang Part of the Grand Canal can be greatly improved.According to the amounts of goods to be shipped and the forecasting of the development of the river, based on the principle of effect first and efficiency second, it supposes that the Xuhong river waterway should be built by stages to meet the transportation requirement of the Xuyang Part of the Grand Canal,
