水泥土搅拌桩变掺量施工工艺研究

摘    要:基于对在上部荷载作用下复合地基中水泥土搅拌桩桩身应力分布特征的认识.对于水泥土搅拌桩处理深厚软土地基,提出了沿桩身进行水泥变掺量的施工工艺。通过在某软土地基进行试桩和对桩身质量的检测,研究了通过变掺量施工来改善水泥土搅拌桩质量。结果表明采用变掺量施工工艺可提高水泥土搅拌桩的上部桩身强度,对于较长的水泥土搅拌桩,可改善搅拌桩的整体成桩质量,而且该施工工艺符合上部荷载作用下桩的受力特性。

Abstract:On the base of the stress distribution characteristics along the cement-mixing pile shaft under load in composite foundation,the construction technique of cement mixed weight variation is proposed,that reduce cement mixed weight along a pile shaft,for improving thick and deep soft foundation by deep mixing method (DMM).The pile shaft was tried and measured in soft foundation, the results indicate that the abovementioned construction technique can improve the strength of the upper part of a pile and the whole-pile quality for longer DMM pile.And this technique accords with the load transfer characteristics along a pile under load.
