桥面抗冰冻材料研究

摘    要:文章分析了冻结缓解剂的作用机理、技术性质,对掺加不同比例的冻结缓解剂的沥青混合料的冻融效果进行探讨,由试验可知:随着冻结缓解剂的加入,沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能、抗水损害能力均得到了提高;高温稳定性稍有降低但仍高于规范要求;至少掺有5%的冻结缓解剂才能有效地防止路面冰冻,冻结缓解剂对沥青混合料的疲劳性能及抗老化特性并无显著影响.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the mechanism of freeze remission agent, and discussed the effect of adding different proportions of freeze remission agent into asphalt mixture. The results showed that the crack resistance under low temperature and water damage resistance of asphalt mixture were improved with frozen reliever and high temperature stability was slightly lower but still higher than specification requirements. Freeze remission agent had no significant effect on fatigue and anti-aging performance of asphalt mixture. To effectively prevent the surface freezing, it should blend at least 5% freeze remission agent.
