矩形截面顶管工艺进出洞风险控制

摘    要:矩形截面顶管进出洞工序是顶管工艺的关键环节。结合西祠堂巷地下过街通道工程介绍了矩形顶管进出洞环节可能遇到的问题以及所采取的施工技术措施,对矩形顶管进出洞口支护形式、洞口土体加固、洞口密封圈的安装、坑外降水井布设、洞口间隙的密封等施工技术作了相应的介绍。所采取的技术措施较好地控制了矩形截面顶管进出洞风险。

Abstract:Technology of rectangular pipe jacking machine go in and out of tunnel is a key technology in pipe jacking technology. Combined with Xicitang lane underground passage,this paper introduces the existing problems and related construction measures. The supporting form of tunnel entrance ,soil reinforcement of tunnel entrance ,sealing ring installation dewatering well arrangement are also introduced. By using this technology measures,the risk is controlled well.
