钢锚箱竖向应力分布及剪力钉受力分析

摘    要:近年来在大跨径斜拉桥建设中,混凝土索塔钢锚箱锚固方式得到了广泛应用,钢锚箱通过剪力钉和塔壁混凝土相连.斜拉索直接锚固在钢锚箱上。本文在考虑剪力钉多种剪切柔度的基础上对钢锚箱竖向应力分布及剪力钉竖向受力进行分析,并用简化方法对剪力钉横向水平受力进行了分析。

Abstract:Concrete pylon with steel anchor box has been widely used in recent years during the construction of long-span cable-stayed bridge.Stay cable is directly anchored at steel anchor box, and steel anchor box is connected with concrete pylon by shear studs.The vertical stress distribution and shear studs force have been analyzed in this paper based on the supposition of different shear stud flexibility.Simplified calculation methods have also been introduced for the analysis on horizontal reaction of shear studs, with which the composite force of shear studs can be attained.This paper presents the calculation methods for steel anchor box design.
