层布式钢纤维混凝土力学性能

摘    要:为提高混凝土的力学性能,采用层布钢纤维对素混凝土进行抗压强度、抗折强度、荷载-挠度曲线以及弯曲韧性进行初步探讨,并依次考虑层位和掺量变化对它们的影响.通过实验数据分析得到,层布钢纤维的加入使抗折强度有明显的提高,最大提高了22.6%;由荷载-挠度曲线分析,层布钢纤维改善了混凝土的受力特性,使混凝土的韧性显著改善,在破坏时呈现裂而不断,会出现几个波峰的现象;利用日本JCI(Japan Concrete Institute)SFRC委员会弯曲韧度系数法计算韧度,结果表明,层布钢纤维混凝土具有良好的增强和增韧效应.
