| 摘 要： | 通过大量的分析和试验,研究了水泥混凝土路面预制板的受力、基层调平材料的技术指标和配合比、横向接缝的构造及水泥混凝土路面预制板拼装施工组织,提出了预制拼装技术应用于旧水泥混凝土路面修复.现场试验表明,该技术仅需3～4 h即可开放交通,从而实现了旧水泥混凝土路面的快速修复,具有显著的经济和社会效益.

| Abstract: | According to a lot of analyses and tests,the paper has studied the mechanics of precasted slabs for cement concrete pavement,the technical indexes and mixture ratio of even-adjusting material for base,the construction of transverse joints and the construction organization of assembling of precasted slabs for cement concrete pavement.The precasted assembling technique is applied for the repair of existing cement concrete pavement.The field tests show that the technique only takes 3~4 h to reopen traffic.So the rapid repair is practical in a real way for existing cement concrete pavement.The technique can bring about remarkable economic and social benefits. |
